Very GC Catering menus are designed to maximise your choices. Prices are Per Head is not inclusive of GST. Minimum numbers for catering are 30. All food is prepared for each function and no convenience food or microwaves are used.
All prices on booked functions and services prior to any price changes will be honored for that booking until the time of that function or service providing, at time of booking, the general menu, approximate numbers and times have been provided. Any general menu CHANGES made after a price increase will be charged at the new price. Final menu choices are to be made as soon as possible and final numbers are to be confirmed two weeks before the function.
A 15% surcharge applies to all functions and services provided on public holidays. We do not operate on Christmas Day.
A non refundable deposit of 25% of your full catering total must be paid to secure your event date.
2 months prior- full refund given minus deposit
4 weeks prior- no refund given.
When the deposit has been received, a Tax Invoice and a Statement of Payment will be forwarded to you. Catering must be booked within two weeks of the site booking of an event.
We are cost conscious for our clients and recommend the following to prevent extra staffing charges at the end of a function:
If speeches are held between courses then they need to be kept to a minimum (normally 15 minutes). If you need a longer duration between courses please let us know so we can schedule staff breaks in this time. If speeches are lengthy, extra staff time will be charged. Alternately, if you prefer, we can recommence all staff duties after 15 minutes (please note this will include clearing of tables if this option is required). Unplanned lengthy speeches mean staff duties cannot proceed.
